Pricing questions
Can I just buy reference checks?
Yes. Sign up free and buy one reference check for $9, or five for $35. No subscription, and bought checks never expire. If you run more than a few a month, Starter includes 10 a month for $19.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings, Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free. Your data stays.
What happens to my data if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. Free plan limits apply to new jobs and candidates, and reference checks and AI credits stop until you upgrade again.
What are AI credits?
AI credits pay for AI drafting. One AI-drafted guide uses 10 credits and rewriting one question uses 1. Monthly credits from your plan reset each month. Credits you buy never expire. The question library is free on every plan.
Do you charge tax?
Prices are in Canadian dollars. If sales tax applies to your purchase, it's shown at checkout.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Yearly billing costs the same as 10 months, so you get two months free.
Do you offer pre-employment testing?
Not yet. We're working with assessment providers and will add validated tests as an option when they're ready.
