Staffkin HR Agent · early access

You're there for your people. We handle the sheets and systems.

Your AI virtual HR agent works 24 hours a day. It tracks every deadline, drafts the letter before it's due and sends it to you for approval. Nothing goes out until you say so.

For Canadian employers of any size. Every province and territory, plus federal.

Two jobs. Split the right way.

HR is people work buried under paperwork. Keep the people part. Hand over the rest.

Your job

  • The hard conversations
  • Coaching and supporting your people
  • Hiring and firing decisions
  • Building the kind of place people want to stay

Your agent's job

  • Watching every deadline, day and night
  • Drafting the letters and forms
  • Looking up the rules for each province
  • Having it all ready for you by morning

What your agent does

Drafts letters before the deadline

Probation extensions, warnings, offers, leave approvals, return-to-work plans. Written for the employee's province and waiting in your queue.

Nothing goes out without you

Every draft lands in your approval queue. Approve it, edit it or bin it. The agent never sends on its own.

Tracks every HR date

Probation ends, certification expiries, leave returns, anniversaries and last days. You hear about them early, not late.

Knows the rules where they work

Answers for all 13 provinces and territories plus federally regulated employers, based on where each employee works.

Knows your team

It checks the employee's hire date, status and province before it answers, and shows you what it looked at.

Final pay and ROE, sorted

When someone leaves, you get the checklist: final pay timing, vacation pay owed and the Record of Employment deadline.

Shows its sources

Every answer points to the rule it's based on. Anything it isn't sure of is flagged for you to confirm.

Keeps up with the law

When employment standards change, we update the rules the agent works from. You don't have to track it.

Stop second-guessing the wording

Clear, professional letters written for the employee's province. Anything the agent isn't sure of is flagged for you to confirm.

When the law changes, we update

Minimum wage, notice periods, leave rules. We keep the agent's rules current so you don't have to track every change.

Every province and territory

Rules differ across Canada. The agent answers for the province where each employee works, so a team split across Nova Scotia and Ontario gets the right answer for each person.

Questions

Does the agent send anything on its own?

No. It drafts, checks and prepares. Anything that goes to an employee, and anything to do with hiring, firing, discipline or pay, waits for your approval.

Does it make hiring or firing decisions?

No. It never decides, scores or ranks people. Those calls stay with you. It handles the paperwork around them.

Which provinces does it cover?

All 13 provinces and territories, plus federally regulated employers under the Canada Labour Code. It answers for the province where each employee works.

Is this legal advice?

No. It gives general information based on employment standards and shows the source for each answer. For a complex situation, like a termination that could lead to a claim, talk to an employment lawyer.

What happens when the law changes?

We keep the rules the agent works from up to date. Key figures, like notice periods and vacation pay, come from a checked table we maintain, not from the AI's memory.

Where is my employee data?

Each company gets its own private install, with employee records stored in Canada. To draft a letter or answer a question, the agent sends only the details that task needs to our AI provider. We'll show you exactly which provider and where it processes data before you sign up.

How big does my company need to be?

Any size. A five-person shop and a 500-person employer both have deadlines, letters and rules to follow. Pricing depends on your team size.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size of your team. Book a demo and we'll give you a price. We're taking a small group of founding customers now, on early-access pricing.
